Rosensteel - Hemler Bakery

This 1910-vintage cash register appeared on eBay this week. Just a shot-in-the-dark post today on the outside chance someone might know about the Rosensteel - Hemler Bakery in Emmitsburg, MD around the turn of the century. It's a family history curiosity thing! I knew there were bakers on my Dad's side of the family (Abbottstown, PA) in the 1700's, but never knew there was at least one baker on my Mom's side. Any info would be appreciated.
