Monday morning . . .

News this morning out of State College is that Freshman wideout, Derek Williams, suffered a broken arm in Saturday's game at Michigan. I join the chorus of well wishers hoping for his speedy recovery. While this appears to be a season-ending injury for Derek, he has a great future ahead of him when he returns to the squad.

OK . . . PSU dropped from #8 to #12 in one of the early weekly polls. Looking back on the weekend, I'm still very impressed with the Lion's performance and contend that this team will finish the season ranked 8th or higher at the end of November. This PSU team is something special and they'll prove it.
